Over 50 hours of Yoga Alliance Continued Education Contact Hours + 50 hours from Temple Body Arts® School. For sisters who are trained with the Yoga Alliance, you may use this Initiation as an opportunity to apply 50 hours towards your continued education.

Sacred Ceremony & Ritual Performance. Sofiah has designed each day to build upon each other, to prepare you for our closing ritual whereby you create and offer a ritual performance piece to claim and be witnessed in the new story you are embodying as you step back out into your life as the leader you were born to be.

Eco-Sexuality sessions in nature (accessing your sexuality outdoors). Connect to your sensual and sexual power with a group of women in nature to harness and express your sexual sovereignty and sensuality in a safe space.

Dance Therapy & Healing Arts. Integrating Expressive healing arts, Dance therapy, guided healing journeys and the element of being witnessed in your ritual performance as you rewrite your story and embody your signature soul essence.

Integration Days & Embodiment Practices. Sofiah incorporates 1-2 integration days for students to rest and integrate the medicine being taught throughout the experience including downtime at the pool and a healing trip to the local waterfall.
