During this 5-day residential retreat we will slow down and co-create sacred space for seeing, releasing, receiving and connecting to our essential nature. Through embodied meditation, somatic movement, nature play, individual and group deep dives, we will open to an emergent “Turning Point” on to a new life path.
In early life, much of life happens ‘TO me.’ We learn who we are from the outside world and our reactions to it. As we grow, some people develop into an experience of: life happening ‘BY me.’ During this self-determining state, one steps up to create a life including work, family, and community. Then through ups and downs, achievements and failures, we can come to a more humble and mature realization of our place in an interconnected world. Often there is a spontaneous life disruption or a self-chosen break, where one can actually listen – a moment of awareness. We call this moment: ‘the turning point,’ a point at which grace moves us, and we find life happening THROUGH us rather than achieved BY me.
